Shipping Policy
We ship only to the continental United States (the lower 48 states). No shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes in non-contiguous states, or international addresses.

Order Processing
- Orders placed Monday–Friday before 12 PM CST ship within 1 business day.
- Orders after 12 PM CST, weekends, or holidays ship the next business day.
Local Options (always free)
- In-store pickup at our Platte, SD location
Tracking & Notes
- You’ll receive tracking as soon as we print the label.
- Signature required on orders over $200.
- We’re not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect addresses.
