Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love everything you buy from us. If something isn’t quite right, here’s exactly how returns work:

30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to start a return.

What’s Eligible for Return

  • Item is unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging (puzzles must still be shrink-wrapped).
  • Item is in the same condition you received it, with all tags, accessories, and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase required (order number or receipt).

What Cannot Be Returned

  • Opened or used items (including opened puzzles, toys, phone cases, chargers, etc.)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance items marked “Final Sale”

Return Shipping Costs

  • Orders $99+: We pay return shipping (we email you a prepaid USPS label).
  • Orders under $59: Return shipping is $9.95 (deducted from your refund) or you can ship it back yourself.

How to Return

  1. Log into your account → find your order → click “Start Return”, OR
  2. Email cole@colescomputers.com or call (605) 337-3154 with your order number.
  3. We’ll send instructions and a return label (if eligible).

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving the item.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or defective item).

Local Customers Bring it back to our Platte, SD store within 30 days with your receipt = instant refund or exchange, no shipping needed.

Defective or Wrong Item? If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged/defective, we’ll cover all shipping both ways and get you a replacement or full refund immediately — just let us know within 7 days of delivery.
