UNO FLIP!
Brace yourself for the next iteration of classic UNO: UNO FLIP!. It's the matching game you know, plus exciting new twists -like a double-sided deck, special FLIP card and tougher penalties -that give classic gameplay a competitive edge. There is a "Light Side" to the deck, which plays like classic UNO, and a "Dark Side" where penalties are super-tough. Play the FLIP card and all cards in your hand, the draw pile and draw deck are flipped over to reveal an entirely new set of numbers and colors on the opposite side! The holder of the FLIP card determines whether or not you play on the Light Side or Dark Side of the deck -and when you switch it back around. The Dark Side of the deck includes new action cards that really shake things up, like Draw Five and Skip Everyone cards. Strategize to rattle your competition and be the first to get rid of your cards to win. When you're down to one card, don't forget to shout "UNO!" Now card game-lovers can get UNO FLIP! in a sturdy tin that's great for storage and travel. This fun family card game is perfect for 7 year olds and up. Colors and decorations may vary.

During the Competition
Team members are welcome to bring snacks and beverages of their choice.Β
Although we encourage a fun afternoon, please refrain from loud conversations, moving or standing in other team's space, and anything else that might impede another teams progress.Β
Puzzle Completion
Puzzle Completion
As you near completion, a team member must raise their hand to alert a judge.Β
Once the puzzle is completed, all team members must remove their hands from the table and a judge will verify completion and record the time.Β
Lost Pieces
Lost Pieces
If a judge finds a piece on the floor during the competition, they will slide a bright piece of paper underneath the piece. This will highlight where it is so it doesnβt accidentally get moved further, but prevents it from being given to the incorrect team.
There is a maximum of 10 second penalty for missing pieces. Penalty is not per piece. If you have a missing piece, judges will note the time of the last assembled piece and the puzzlers will have 10 seconds to locate the missing piece. If the piece(s) is located, the completion time will reflect the time the last piece is assembled. If the piece(s) is not located within that time a 10 second penalty will be assessed.Β
